Aviv Service Today will furnish replacement parts and labor necessary to maintain your appliances in good operating condition, provided any failure occurs during normal usage.

Aviv Service Today will not cover damages caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to: abuse, fire, theft, riot, acts of God, or damage due to rust, corrosion, or other product failure.

All repairs will be made during normal working hours. Overtime labor will be at owner’s expense.
The appliance must not be working properly to honor the extended service agreement; our extended service agreement does not honor checking appliances to make sure they are operating properly.
Aviv Service Today DOES NOT honor any manufacture or extended warranty.
This agreement is transferable to a new owner by notifying Aviv Service Today in writing at the time of transfer.
