Ofer began his appliance repair training in 1987 while living in Kansas City, KS and has had extensive training on all of the national brands as well as the high-end appliance brands. Ofer highly values on-going training for him and the other technicians and leads monthly classes for latest and greatest appliances in the market. To keep himself on the cutting edge, he attends an annual convention for the Professional Servicer’s Association and the United Servicer’s Association.
As a Director of Operations, Ofer’s role doesn’t end at technical level of the company. He is vitally important to how the company operates behind the scenes at both of its locations and leads the way for other managers to monitor our customer satisfaction, marketing efforts, and of course – is always finding ways to make Aviv Service Today even better.
Ofer resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife and is the proud father of their children: Jasmine, Noa, Brandon,Gilli, Oren, and Liat.
Todd Bradford

In his role as a Director of Operations, Todd works in conjunction with Ofer Hubara to ensure that Aviv Service Today lives up to its Mission Statement on a daily basis. His role bridges Aviv’s goals to reality by helping to create a company that takes pride in the competency of its employees, service, and community. Todd leads other management team members and strives to implement a system that achieves customer satisfaction throughout your appliance service. Additionally, Todd oversees the growth and development of both the Charleston, SC and the Charlotte, NC locations.
Tommy Stebbins

Tommy fulfills the critical role of managing the company’s repair technicians. He is responsible for monitoring their performance, ability, and service to our customers. A skilled technician himself, he is well qualified to assist technicians and ensure accuracy of their repairs to your appliances. Additionally, he works closely with our Office Manger each day to make sure that our dispatch operations run as smoothly as possible. Tommy and his wife Melissa reside in Charleston and are the proud parents of 4 children.
Ashley Nesbitt

Ashley started at Aviv Service Today in 2003 and “runs the show” at Aviv’s Charleston, SC location. From the time she arrives each day until she leaves, she participates some way in just about every aspect of the company. She is the immediate supervisor of all office employees and plays a large role in receiving our inventory. She can be heard several times per day asking, “Where’s my knife?” (Usually she is referring to her to her box-cutter.) In addition to working closely with the Service Manager and Office Manger regarding day to day operations, she works collaboratively with the Director of Operations to evaluate and improve overall company performance and efficiency. A native Charlestonian, Ashley resides in Summerville with her daughter Charleigh and their dog.
Lisa Newcity

Lisa Newcity joined Aviv Service Today in 2006 and has been an office “jewel” ever since. She manages the mounds of paperwork flowing through the office everyday by fielding it to the correct person and completing many of the tasks that are related to dispatch operations, banking, billing, expenses, and human resources. She has probably sustained over 100 paper cuts in her tenure.
